The Person Behind the Work

I’m Pete Erickson — a Technical Project Manager, AI consultant, and the person organizations call when an important initiative needs to actually get done.

I’ve spent more than 12 years leading complex projects across healthcare, enterprise software, and emerging technology. My background spans both traditional project management and agile delivery, which means I can meet your organization where it is — not where a methodology says it should be. I hold a PMP certification, a Professional Scrum Master certification, and a Google AI certification, and I’ve been hands-on with AI adoption long enough to know the difference between what vendors promise and what organizations actually need.

What drives me is the gap — the space between a great strategy and a delivered result. That’s where projects get lost, timelines slip, and teams lose confidence. Bridging that gap is what I do best.

I started my career in 2007, and the through-line across everything I’ve done since is this: technology only creates value when people can actually use it, and people can only use it when someone manages the journey well. That’s the work I show up to do every day.

I’m based in the Pacific Northwest, where I live with my wife and our three daughters. When I’m not helping organizations navigate transformation, I’m usually working in the garden, making music, or getting lost in the fantasy novel I’ve been building for years. I believe the same things that make a good story make a good project — clarity of purpose, the right people in the right roles, and someone willing to do the unglamorous work of keeping everything moving forward.
